Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Hire Controller to join a company that specialises in mobile elevating work platforms, supplying services throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries effectively and professionally.
- Manage bookings for equipment hire, ensuring accurate scheduling of deliveries and collections.
- Oversee hire documentation and invoicing processes to maintain accurate records.
- Provide support to customers by addressing their questions and concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in access equipment, plant, tool hire, or transport management sectors.
- Demonstrate a solid level of IT skills to support administrative duties.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary Range: £35,000 to £40,000 annually.
