Helper - Swimming Pool

Job Overview

We are seeking a Helper for the Swimming Pool to oversee pool-related activities, ensure safety compliance, and support emergency interventions. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and functioning of pool facilities and conducting swimming instruction and safety rehearsals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce pool safety regulations during all activities.
• Provide rescue support and administer first aid in case of emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety equipment is operational.
• Conduct swimming lessons and run safety drills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certified lifeguard with relevant experience, preferably within academic or recreational environments.
• Strong lifeguarding and first aid capabilities.
• Excellent observational skills and effective communication.
• Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
