Position Overview
We are seeking a Heavy Duty Cleaner for the overnight shift to maintain cleanliness at our facilities to the highest standards. The role involves working Sundays through Wednesdays off, with shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain floors, washrooms, and garbage bins across the facility.
- Sanitize washrooms, common areas, and entrances.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and hand soap.
- Dust reachable surfaces including phone booths, counters, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges, and vents.
- Perform spot cleaning and thorough washing of lobby floors as needed.
- Vacuum entrance mats in lobby areas.
Qualifications
- Positive and cooperative attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
- Experience with floor care, including scrubbing, buffing, and polishing floors, is advantageous.
- Competence in operating cleaning machines and equipment.
- Effective communication skills with supervisors, clients, and the public.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong work ethic and constructive attitude.
- Must pass a clear criminal background check.
