Role Overview

As an Office Cleaner with Dexterra, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facilities to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This position operates on a set evening and night schedule: Sundays through Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, and Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of floors, washrooms, and garbage bins within the facility.
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of washrooms, common areas, and play areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, hand towels, and hand soaps as needed.
• Dust all accessible surfaces including phone booths, countertops, pillars, lighting fixtures, and window ledges.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a positive and proactive attitude.
• Prior experience in floor care techniques like scrubbing, buffing, and polishing is advantageous.
• At least six months of professional cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals.
• Effective communication skills with supervisors, clients, and the public.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
• Possession of personal transportation is required.
