Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy duty cleaning including dry and wet mopping, scrubbing, and polishing hard floors using buffing machines.
• Strip and finish hard surface floors manually or with machinery as needed.
• Collect and transport garbage from drop points to bins or compactors and operate and maintain compactors.
• Move cleaning and maintenance equipment between floors and sites.
• Clean glass areas that require ladders or scaffolding.
• Maintain washroom floors by washing, stripping, and finishing.
• Clean stairwells and elevator cabs requiring ladder use.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and dust ceiling fixtures and fans.
• Use pile lifting equipment and extraction machines to restore and shampoo carpets.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is essential.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to understand and deliver detailed instructions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment.
• Physical fitness to perform job-related tasks.
