Healthcare Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking Healthcare Assistants to serve in the areas of Kingscourt, Shercock, Butlers Bridge, Belturbet, and Bailieborough. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn up to €21.50 per hour along with paid mileage.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support client mobility and encourage independence
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Observe and monitor client wellbeing, reporting concerns as necessary
• Contribute to maintaining a secure and comfortable home environment

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a full Irish driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Qualification equivalent to QQI Level 5
• Demonstrated qualities of reliability, a caring approach, and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in care is beneficial but not mandatory
