Work Environment and Role

• Work within close proximity to your local communities such as Bundoran, Ballyshannon, Donegal town, and Ballintra
• Provide meaningful one-on-one support to clients
• Be an essential part of a caring and supportive team
• Contribute positively to daily client life and wellbeing

Main Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care activities including washing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support client mobility and encourage independence
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Observe and report any changes to clients’ wellbeing
• Ensure clients’ home environments are safe and comfortable

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full Irish driving license and have access to a car
• Possess QQI Level 5 certification or an equivalent qualification
• Demonstrate a caring, dependable, and positive attitude
• Experience in care roles is beneficial but not mandatory
