Key Responsibilities

• Achieve high standards in sales, service, and customer care within the branch.
• Manage sales activities and responsibilities effectively.
• Maintain strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services to assist customers.
• Handle cash management tasks accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures rigorously.
• Perform merchandising and marketing efforts as directed.
• Control purchasing and stock according to company guidelines.
• Liaise with sales representatives professionally.
• Provide support to colleagues across the branch as necessary.
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff members.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least three years of retail experience, with pharmacy experience being a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive outlook.
• Helpful, courteous, and cooperative in team settings.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule covering 5 days across a 7-day week, including Monday to Sunday shifts.
• Proficiency in English is required.
