Role Overview

This position is designated as Coding and Robotics Operations Executive within the Ed Tech sector, focusing on managing the operations related to STEM lab kits and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive inventory management covering all STEM kits, including tracking received, dispatched, new, and replacement kits, coordinating closely with logistics for accurate reporting.
• Forecast demand for kits based on project timelines and school requirements, managing procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Keep detailed and organized records both digitally and physically, documenting kit utilization, stock levels, damage reports, dispatch information, and school-specific allocations.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on kits prior to dispatch to verify completeness and functionality, identifying any defects and arranging replacements.
• Organize and lead STEM exhibitions at schools or external venues, overseeing logistics such as stall setup, kit presentation, preparation of materials and managing visitor interactions professionally.
• Install and configure necessary educational software on school systems or directly on kits, ensuring smooth operation and providing troubleshooting support.
• Develop STEM-focused curriculum sessions, educational books, promotional materials, formal agreements, proposals, and other related documents to support academic and organizational needs.
• Create and edit graphic materials and videos for educational and promotional purposes including posters, banners, ID cards, invitations, and curriculum books.
• Visit schools regularly for on-site installations, problem resolution, exhibitions, parent-teacher meetings, and provide practical support and training.
• Assemble demonstration kits with full functionality for training, exhibitions, or trial sessions with educators and school management.
• Handle daily communication with schools addressing their queries related to kits, sessions, deliveries, technical support and record these interactions accurately.
