Primary Role Overview

This position serves as the principal point of contact responsible for the management and execution of the NFA project construction, encompassing both Greenfield and Brownfield scopes. The role ensures projects are fabricated and installed following approved scopes of work, engineering designs, drawings, and in full compliance with QatarEnergy's safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between Project Manager, Asset Holder, Contractor, and the Construction Team, providing leadership to construction supervisors and contractors. Ensure all construction activities align with approved method statements and comply with schedule, quality controls, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) mandates.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 15 years of extensive experience overseeing EPIC projects, including offshore construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and mechanical completion of Topsides, Jackets, Pipelines, Umbilical systems, and Brownfield Modifications.
• Solid expertise in FEED and EPIC projects with proficiency in reviewing and approving contractor deliverables.
• Multi-disciplinary technical expertise with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry engineering standards, quality management, and environmental safety practices.
• Proficient in interpreting construction-related documentation such as drawings, method statements, inspection test plans, and construction schedules.

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Completion of pertinent courses in Safety, Quality Control, and Construction management.
