HDO Territory Manager - Airtel

About the Role

Airtel seeks an on-roll HDO Territory Manager based in Chennai and Vellore, offering a salary range of ₹5 to 6.9 LPA. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and candidates should not exceed 35 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, shifting, reactivation, and fault repair services efficiently.
• Ensure customer service requests are resolved promptly, adhering to Service Level Agreements and Turn Around Times.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of wiremen, engineers, and other field staff.
• Track team productivity and ensure that key performance indicators and targets are achieved.
• Maintain high quality standards for installations, reducing the need for complaint repeats or rework.
• Handle customer escalations effectively by collaborating with internal teams for quick resolutions.
• Use Airtel's work platforms and applications to monitor field team performance.
• Adhere strictly to Airtel's processes, standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct periodic audits and compile comprehensive productivity and performance reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Drive product pitching and 'Serve-to-Sell' initiatives through field teams.
• Train and mentor field resources to boost productivity and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Possess any degree along with a diploma.
• Proven experience in broadband, FTTH, fiber optics, or Wi-Fi operations.
• Experience in managing teams and field operations.
• Strong communication skills and adept at managing customer relationships.
• Vendor or partner management experience is preferred.
• Willingness to operate in a field-based capacity.
• Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in telecom, broadband, DTH, or fiber sectors.
