Work Location and Employment Details

The role is based in Jena, Thuringia, Germany. This is a full-time, onsite position within the construction yard and property management division, ideally suited for candidates entering at the site/production/workshop employee level.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining green spaces and landscaping.
• Performing winter services such as snow and ice removal.
• Carrying out minor repair works on the premises.
• Executing pruning and trimming of plants.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual craft discipline.
• Possess manual dexterity and technical insight.
• Holder of a valid Class B driver's license.
• Dependable, able to work independently, and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Demonstrate commitment and flexibility in work responsibilities.
