Job Responsibilities

• Execute small to medium-sized maintenance, repair, and home improvement assignments
• Effectively communicate project scope and manage customer expectations
• Consistently provide outstanding customer service experiences
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Identify opportunities to generate additional projects

Qualifications

• Extensive handyman skills with a strong emphasis on carpentry
• Ownership of necessary daily tools and equipment
• Ability to estimate time requirements accurately for various tasks
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
• Preferred minimum of 10 years of paid professional experience in the field
