Key Responsibilities and Job Requirements

• Carry out repairs in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical trades for residential and commercial properties.
• Complete small to medium maintenance and repair jobs along with mid-sized home improvement tasks.
• Possess a strong versatile skill set with a background in multiple trades; owning your own daily-use tools is required.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and clients.
• Effectively communicate with customers about job scope, cost estimates, and managing their expectations.
• Ensure customers are highly satisfied with your work to foster repeat business.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Work is scheduled during the day shift.
• Monday through Friday workdays, plus occasional Saturdays are required.
• Compensation ranges from $850 to $950 weekly, and a company vehicle is provided.
• Performance reviews after 90 days may lead to salary increases.
