Overview
City Wide Facility Solutions in North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team servicing the Raleigh-Durham vicinity. This role requires an individual capable of performing handyman and maintenance tasks independently and promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair drywall and perform patching and painting work as needed
- Install and replace lighting fixtures
- Assemble various types of furniture
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as faucet and toilet replacements
Candidate Requirements
- Prior handyman experience or relevant background in maintenance
- Strong communication abilities
- Dependable personal transportation and possession of essential hand tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
