Key Responsibilities
- Complete repairs involving carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical tasks in both residential and commercial settings.
- Manage small to medium maintenance projects and mid-sized home improvement assignments.
- Utilize a diverse skill set with a preference for individuals who own and maintain their daily trade tools.
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a remarkable experience within clients' homes.
- Engage in clear communication with customers regarding project scope, cost estimation, and expectation management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Proficient in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Strong multi-skilled background preferred.
- Must have personal tools necessary for daily work.
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with customers.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- The position is available as full-time or part-time.
- Workdays primarily during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required.
- Weekly pay ranges from $850 to $950 plus the use of a company vehicle.
- Performance-based salary increases are available after 90 days of employment.
