Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Handlers to join our operations team, playing a key role in ensuring that customers receive their packages safely and punctually.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles to maintain the quality and timely delivery of goods.
- Sort and transport packages and freight using scanning and other handling technologies.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety standards and procedures throughout all tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- A strong collaborator, yet able to perform independently when necessary.
- Willingness to participate in all mandatory training sessions.
- Effective communication skills to interact within the team and operational environment.
Compensation and Hours
The hourly wage is £13.29, with additional premium pay for night hours worked between 7pm-10pm and 10pm-6am. The position involves 40 hours per week on a night shift schedule.
