Location Overview

Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and supply of guest rooms according to Four Seasons procedures and standards.
- Thoroughly clean guest units adhering to established protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Follow safety, fire regulations, and departmental policies rigorously.
- Uphold Four Seasons’ Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.
- Complete housekeeping assignments using the required keys, tools, and supplies.
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly in designated service area bins.
- Report damages and maintenance needs promptly to the Housekeeping department.
- Inform Security and Housekeeping of any items found in units post check-out.
- Wear the issued uniform and maintain a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel setting is preferred.
- Ability to work professionally and harmoniously with peers and supervisors.
- Full schedule flexibility including weekends, holidays, and daytime shifts.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team and guests.
