Job Overview
As a Guest Relations Executive at our café, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Your role encompasses managing guest inquiries, handling feedback and complaints efficiently, and maintaining smooth coordination with both the kitchen and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish a professional, friendly environment.
- Address guest questions, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to guarantee seamless café operations.
- Provide detailed menu information, offer recommendations, and cater to special customer requests.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements while coordinating guest activities.
- Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere within the café premises.
- Follow up on customer feedback to ensure concerns are resolved quickly.
- Assist the front-of-house team with daily operational tasks.
- Adhere to standards for professional appearance and clear communication.

Compensation
