About the Role

The Guest Experience Planner serves as the warm and attentive ambassador of Miraval The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia, ensuring a seamless and personalized wellness journey from arrival until departure. This role involves providing anticipatory service, understanding individual guest preferences, and crafting tailored wellness itineraries. Acting as a liaison across multiple departments, the planner facilitates meaningful experiences and offers trusted guidance to guests throughout their stay.

Core Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests at every interaction point with genuine care and presence.
  • Facilitate smooth guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring an anticipatory approach to service.
  • Engage in pre-arrival communication to capture guest intentions, preferences, and wellness goals.
  • Create and customize wellness itineraries aligned with Miraval's holistic philosophy, adapting plans in real-time as needed.
  • Introduce guests to Miraval's broad wellness, spa, culinary, and outdoor offerings while coordinating across respective teams to assemble coherent schedules.
  • Serve as the primary contact for guests’ itinerary adjustments, questions, and special requests, ensuring fluid coordination.
  • Maintain guest profiles with detailed notes and preferences to enhance personalization in current and future visits.
  • Ensure public spaces, including the lobby and welcome areas, exemplify the resort's commitment to sensory aesthetics and cleanliness.
  • Support operations such as room assignments and amenity deliveries when required.
  • Provide mindful suggestions for private sessions, workshops, and wellness consultations to effectively contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely across Front Office, Spa, Culinary, Wellness, and Housekeeping teams to deliver cohesive guest experiences and participate in cross-department meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of two years in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge services, or wellness planning is essential.
  • Proven expertise in customer service, guest communications, and scheduling coordination.
  • Keen understanding or experience within wellness contexts such as spa, fitness, or retreat environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera), Microsoft Office, and other scheduling tools.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic or other languages is considered a valuable addition.
