Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, creating a memorable first impression
• Manage smooth and effortless arrival and departure processes
• Offer insightful and locally inspired suggestions on dining, culture, beaches, shopping, and activities
• Coordinate restaurant bookings, transportation, events, and special guest requests
• Anticipate needs and craft personalized experiences throughout guests’ stays
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and experience providers
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Services, and hotel teams to enhance guest satisfaction
• Continuously explore and stay informed about new and exciting Gold Coast attractions

Candidate Profile

• Previous work experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, front office, or guest service roles
• Extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast or an eagerness to explore and learn about the area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple guest needs with precision and attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong desire to create unique and memorable guest experiences
• Valid ongoing work rights in Australia as sponsorship is not provided
