Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Stewarding supports efficient department operations aligned with Hyatt International's corporate standards and brand policies. The role aims to maintain a well-organized and spotless back-of-house environment within Food and Beverage outlets. Key responsibilities include assisting the Stewarding Manager in managing the department as a productive cost center and ensuring all kitchens, outlets, and banquet areas are supplied with clean operating equipment tailored to business needs.
Qualifications
- Possession of a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience serving as an Assistant Manager in Food & Beverage service, kitchen, or stewarding, or as a Team Leader in a hotel or sizable restaurant with strong standards.
