Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to create memorable dining encounters through prompt, professional, and attentive care.
• Offer a warm and sincere greeting to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated throughout their visit.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to give accurate advice and recommendations.
• Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to consistently maintain high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have previous experience in comparable roles within premium hospitality settings, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs, consistently aiming to exceed expectations for a memorable experience.
