Role Overview

As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring every guest encounter reflects Sofitel's luxury standards, contributing to both outstanding guest satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and unforgettable welcome to guests consistent with Sofitel's luxury service principles.
• Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival and departure, including secure storage and prompt delivery to rooms with attentiveness.
• Offer tailored information regarding the hotel amenities, local attractions, dining venues, transportation, and notable Gold Coast experiences.
• Escort guests to their rooms when requested, familiarize them with hotel features, and address any inquiries en route.
• Manage valet parking services and coordinate transportation such as taxis and private transfers as needed.
• Proactively address special guest requests including amenities, celebrations, room deliveries, and personalized enhancements.
• Support Concierge and Front Office teams by managing reservations, offering local guidance, and responding to guest questions.
• Maintain the pristine condition of the hotel entrance, lobby, and Concierge area to uphold Sofitel's luxury image.
• Handle guest luggage, mail, and parcels securely with precise record-keeping.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining options, events, and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate with multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure a smooth guest journey.
