Core Responsibilities and Practices

• Facilitate a seamless guest experience by responding to operational needs and guest inquiries.
• Manage guest requests and complete required reporting tasks.
• Communicate highlights and attractions of the local area to guests to enrich their stay.
• Ensure the work environment is safe and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company property.
• Uphold high-quality standards in all guest interactions and visual presentation.
• Maintain professional communication, apparel, and appearance at all times.
• Engage physically in work activities, including standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and moving items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform reasonable job duties as assigned to support the business and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
• No previous related work or supervisory experience necessary.
