Guest Experience Expert

Position Overview

We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on creating exceptional and memorable guest experiences by assisting throughout the guest's stay, not just during check-in and check-out. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to handle various responsibilities independently, including managing operational needs, responding to guest requests, completing reports, and providing local area highlights to guests, ensuring every interaction becomes part of an engaging experience.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves staying active on the floor—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods—and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. It is vital to maintain a safe workplace, adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, keep confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold high quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication consistently. Successful completion of additional reasonable duties as assigned is expected to achieve the best outcomes for guests and the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Not mandatory.
