About the Role
The Guest Environment Expert position primarily focuses on ensuring that the hotel's appearance and cleanliness standards contribute to a memorable and distinct guest experience. This role goes beyond basic room cleaning to encompass a broad range of housekeeping duties including room cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintaining public spaces.
Key Responsibilities
The expert is empowered to take initiative in their designated area, fulfilling guest requests, managing housekeeping carts, and performing various cleaning tasks. It is essential to maintain a professional appearance, follow company policy, ensure workplace safety, uphold confidentiality, and consistently deliver high-quality service. Physical demands include standing, walking, or sitting for long periods and handling items up to 50 pounds without assistance.

This position is non-management and based at 1000 Tournament Players Club Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The schedule is full-time and requires onsite work.
