They proactively provide a variety of services that facilitate smooth check-in and check-out, respond to guest requests, handle operational tasks, prepare reports, and offer insightful information about local highlights. This role involves active movement throughout the work area, delivering attentive and thoughtful guest interactions to enrich their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest arrival and departure procedures with an aim to create a welcoming and smooth experience.
• Attend to operational requirements and promptly resolve guest needs and inquiries.
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting related to guest services.
• Share information about local attractions and points of interest with guests to enhance their visit.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure professional appearance and communications align with brand standards.
• Physically handle activities such as standing, sitting, walking extensively, and assist with moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently or over 75 pounds with assistance as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) certificate.
• No prior related work experience or supervisory background is required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary for this position.
