Guest Arrival Expert

Role Overview

As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests at our hotel, ensuring each arrival and departure is impressive and memorable. Your role is integral to shaping guest experience by offering personalized services, addressing requests, facilitating smooth transaction processes, and sharing local highlights within the hotel’s premises in Amman, Jordan.

Key Duties

• Initiate and deliver a broad array of services to assist guests during arrival and checkout.
• Manage operational requirements effectively and complete necessary reports.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Enhance the guest experience by providing insightful information about local attractions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style aligning with company standards.
• Ensure safety and comply with company policies, confidentiality, asset protection, and quality benchmarks.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking for extended periods, and handling weights up to 50 pounds unaided, or over 75 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• No specific certifications needed.

Position is full-time and non-management within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations category. The role is onsite and located at 13 Rafiq Al Hariri Ave, Amman, Jordan.
