  • Support OECD Pillar Two compliance, coordinate data collection, and assist with GloBE calculations and related tax returns alongside external advisors.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation, annual updates, and benchmarking, and oversee preparation of Country-by-Country Reports and notifications for relevant jurisdictions.
  • Provide expert direct tax advice on business transactions, structures, and contracts, prepare tax memos, and maintain internal tax risk registers and compliance calendars.
  • Manage relationships with external tax consultants and auditors, supervise the Tax Officer’s work, and support senior management reporting and special projects.
  • Offer indirect tax support when necessary, particularly on VAT issues.
