Role Overview

Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding multi-sector investment group operating across hospitality, retail, property, office, and leisure industries. The Group HR Manager will provide expert leadership and management of the HR function throughout this diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of the group.
  • Serve as a trusted human resources advisor to senior leadership on workforce-related issues.
  • Manage employee relations including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and investigations effectively.
  • Deliver practical HR support to multi-site hospitality operations known for high volume and fast-paced environments.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, focus on talent development, and implement succession planning programs.
  • Create and oversee training and leadership development initiatives to nurture capabilities across the group.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and apply recognized HR best practices.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive overall performance improvements.
  • Oversee HR operational matters such as systems management, reporting accuracy, and coordination with payroll processes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of six years’ experience in a senior human resources role within a multi-site or group business structure.
  • In-depth experience and understanding of the hospitality sector are crucial.
  • Demonstrable expertise in handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Strong familiarity with Irish employment law and compliance standards.
  • Capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR operations in a demanding and rapid work setting.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication skills and ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
  • Possession of CIPD accreditation or an equivalent HR qualification is preferred.
