Role Overview
We are seeking Groundworkers / Operatives, preferably with experience in power and energy projects, to support recent contract wins. The position is based in Colchester, covering areas from Norwich to Tilbury, and involves essential groundwork duties adhering to project plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute groundwork tasks as per project specifications and deadlines.
- Work closely with managers, engineers, and team members to meet project goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of valid certification/licenses necessary for the role.
- Demonstrable experience in groundwork on power or energy-related projects.
- Competence in operating heavy machinery and relevant equipment.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety practices and standards.
- Strong communication abilities and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and stay away from home as required.
- A valid UK driving license.
