About the Role
The Grocery Manager will lead their department with full responsibility, nurturing a collaborative, flexible, and driven team focused on providing excellent service to customers and the community. Supported by our Store Leadership Pathway program, you will have the chance to develop your leadership capabilities and department expertise, shaping a rewarding career within the Woolworths Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the grocery department, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Create a positive team environment that encourages inclusiveness and delivering a consistent, welcoming shopping experience.
- Collaborate closely with the store leadership team and team members to uphold quality customer experiences and maintain a supportive workplace culture.
- Champion safety protocols to protect both customers and team members by guaranteeing adherence to established procedures.

- Strong leadership desire to guide daily department operations and support the team's development.

Work Schedule
The role follows a rostered schedule starting Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
