The Grocery Manager will lead their department with full responsibility, nurturing a collaborative, flexible, and driven team focused on providing excellent service to customers and the community. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the grocery department, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and displays are visually appealing.
• Create a positive team environment that encourages inclusiveness and delivering a consistent, welcoming shopping experience.
• Collaborate closely with the store leadership team and team members to uphold quality customer experiences and maintain a supportive workplace culture.
• Champion safety protocols to protect both customers and team members by guaranteeing adherence to established procedures.

Work Schedule

The role follows a rostered schedule starting Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
