About the Role

The Grocery Manager position offers an engaging opportunity to lead a department within Woolworths Group, where you will develop leadership skills and department expertise through structured support like the Store Leadership Pathway. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the grocery department, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and displays are attractive to customers.
• Create and maintain an inclusive and engaging team environment that encourages authenticity and dedication to delivering excellent shopping experiences.
• Collaborate closely with store leadership and team members daily to uphold customer service standards and operational excellence.
• Promote safety by strictly following store processes to protect team members and customers.
• Role model customer engagement techniques including acknowledging, caring, and thanking customers (Everyday ACTs).

Work Schedule

Roster: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
