Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a dedicated full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our Levi's Forrest Chase store team, reporting directly to the Store Manager. This role demands a combination of strong management skills and a passion for retail service excellence to significantly impact our store’s success.

• Proven extensive experience in progressive retail management demonstrating discretion, sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy.
• Possession of at least a high school diploma.
• A creative individual with a keen interest in fashion trends.
• A commitment to foster a customer service-focused and sales-driven culture that consistently surpasses customer expectations.
• Driven by the challenge to increase sales and create an energized, collaborative team environment.
• Confidence in leading, coaching, and developing staff to enhance their growth and optimize store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to strategize and implement store business plans, initiatives, and growth across all merchandise categories.
• Assist in monitoring store performance to achieve or exceed daily sales and individual targets.
• Support training and development initiatives for both new hires and existing team members.
• Maintain high-quality standards in visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Manage and oversee store opening and closing operations efficiently.
• Provide effective leadership by delegating tasks to ensure timely completion of all store activities.
• Handle customer grievances proactively in alignment with company protocols and with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on managing escalated customer issues.
