• Accurately price and sign merchandise, adhering to established procedures concerning ordering, pricing adjustments, clearance, and labeling.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols to sustain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Ensure full stocking of the department through restocking, downstocking, product protection, and execution of modular displays including flex modulars and shelf caps.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies to maintain a hazard-free and clean workplace.
• Be flexible to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, supporting smooth store operations.

Challenges of the Role

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment, particularly during overnight hours, maintaining focus and energy.
• Perform repetitive physical activities such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40.
