• Stock the department fully and manage downstocking as needed; apply product safeguards and complete modular setups, including flexible displays and new shelf caps.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free and clean environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available for diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in response to operational demands.

Work Environment Challenges

• Manage high volumes of tasks in a fast-paced setting, including efficient completion of overnight duties and maintaining energy and focus throughout shifts.
• Engage in physical activities like standing for long durations, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs, occasionally handling weights up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage begins at $17.75 CAD.
