• Carry out stocking duties thoroughly, including restocking shelves, completing downstocking tasks, applying protective measures to products, and arranging modular displays such as flex modulars and shelf caps.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free and safe workplace.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varying shifts such as evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs and sustain smooth store operations.

Challenges in the Role

• Effectively handle overnight and fast-paced workloads by planning and maintaining high energy and focus levels.
• Manage large volumes of restocking and recovery efficiently and accurately.
• Endure physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs., along with repetitive tasks like zoning and organizing with consistent attention to detail.
