Key Responsibilities

• Design captivating graphics for social media posts, email marketing, website banners, and advertisements.
• Edit short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, user-generated content, and paid promotional videos, maintaining brand uniformity and visual interest.
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to generate campaign visuals and strategic assets.
• Manage and organize digital files using platforms such as Dropbox and Frame.io.
• Convert creative briefs into refined designs and video content that meet campaign goals.
• Support social media efforts both organically and through paid media using motion and static content.
• Maintain a well-organized archive of design and video work available for review and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum one year of practical experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic and video projects.
• Proficient with design and editing software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Awareness of current social media trends, digital advertisements, and marketing platforms.
• Experience in digital advertising and social content creation for e-commerce is advantageous.
• Detail-focused, efficient in work execution, and capable of effective teamwork in a remote setting.

Technical Requirements

• Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload/download speed via DSL, Cable, or Fiber.
