Role Overview

TalentPop App is seeking a creative Graphic Designer capable of producing visual content through both design and video editing. This fully remote position involves developing captivating graphics and light video clips for social media, marketing campaigns, and advertisements that reflect the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and advertisements.
• Edit short video content such as Reels, TikTok videos, UGC, and paid ads, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to create campaign assets and visual strategies.
• Manage and organize digital assets using tools like Dropbox and Frame.io.
• Convert creative briefs into polished visual and video materials aligned with marketing objectives.
• Support both paid and organic social media efforts through static and motion content.
• Maintain an accessible and orderly library of design and video projects for team review and evaluation.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of one year of practical experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse creative work in both graphic and video formats.
• Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Awareness of current social media trends, advertising styles, and marketing platforms.
• Experience with creating digital ads and social content for e-commerce platforms is considered advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, efficient in workflow, and adept at working collaboratively in a remote setup.
