Role Overview
Join a global leader in graphics and GPU core technology as a GPU Modelling Engineer. This role involves tight collaboration with architects, designers, driver teams, and compiler experts to develop functional and precise models for advanced GPU architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop highly accurate functional C/C++ models for new GPU architectures.
- Create and maintain test suites to verify designs through C-Model and RTL simulations.
- Conduct conformance, stress, and randomized testing to ensure the stability of GPU and compute systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer architecture and graphics pipeline concepts.
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in C++ programming, including debugging and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building modeling frameworks with C++.
- Familiarity with graphics and compute APIs like DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan, and OpenCL.
- Adherence to clean, well-structured, and maintainable C++ coding standards.
- Experience scripting with languages such as Python or Perl.
- Background in 3D graphics, GPU compute technologies, driver or compiler development.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and experience working collaboratively with distributed teams.
