Global Purchase / Sourcing Executive

Position Overview

AnuShakti Infotech Private Limited invites applications for the position of Global Purchase / Sourcing Executive at our Gandhinagar office. The role requires sourcing electronic, drone, RF, and anti-drone products, components, and equipment internationally, primarily from China. Candidates will manage supplier relations, ensure optimal pricing and quality, place orders, and track deliveries. Training will be provided for product knowledge and processes; freshers with strong English skills and a keen willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct global searches for electronic and drone-related products and components.
• Identify and engage reliable manufacturers, suppliers, and trading partners, mainly from China and other countries.
• Communicate with vendors via WhatsApp, email, telephone, and sourcing platforms.
• Gather quotations, product details, datasheets, images, and videos for evaluation.
• Analyze and compare prices, quality, specifications, availability, minimum order quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate terms including pricing, payment, packaging, and delivery schedules.
• Confirm product specifications with the technical team prior to placing orders.
• Prepare comparative supplier and product reports to assist decision-making.
• Manage sample orders and coordinate testing when necessary.
• Create purchase orders and maintain detailed procurement records.
• Track supplier production, packing, and dispatch progress consistently.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including technical, accounting, and logistics, to secure approvals and process payments.
• Build and nurture long-term supplier relationships.
• Source alternative products or vendors if cost or availability issues arise.
• Systematically organize data relating to suppliers, pricing, products, and communications.
• Provide management with frequent updates on order statuses and new supply alternatives.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in written and spoken English, as most supplier interactions are in English.
• Comfortable engaging suppliers through multiple communication channels (text, email, calls).
• Familiarity with basic computer applications including email, web browsers, Excel or Google Sheets, and sourcing platforms such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, and 1688.
• Strong skills in searching, comparing, negotiating, and following up.
• Ability to grasp fundamental technical specifications of electronic products; training will be provided.
• Highly responsible, organized, and diligent in handling routine follow-ups.
• Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates; previous procurement, sourcing, or import experience is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Practical aptitude and communication capabilities are prioritized over formal academic qualifications.

• Monthly remuneration ranges from ₹11,000 to ₹15,000 depending on experience and skill level.

Work Details

• Work Location: E-317, Siddhraj Z-Square, School Road, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat – 382421 (on-site).
• Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Employment Type: Full-time.

• The role focuses on sourcing, supplier communications, quoting, negotiation, order placement, and follow-up activities.
• Import-related documentation and customs clearance are managed separately and do not fall under this position's responsibilities.
