About the Role
Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd., located in Kudasan, Gandhinagar, is searching for a skilled PCB Design Engineer responsible for creating production-ready printed circuit boards for electronic products. The role involves close collaboration with the hardware team, following established design guidelines and standards to ensure clarity and precision in execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design multilayer printed circuit boards (up to 6-7 layers), covering schematic creation, component placement, routing, stack-up strategy, and ensuring power and ground integrity.
- Implement fundamental RF layout techniques including controlled impedance trace design, grounding methods, shielding, and optimal placement of antenna and RF sections.
- Perform design rule checks (DRC), design for manufacturing (DFM), and design for assembly (DFA) verifications. Prepare all necessary fabrication and assembly files such as Gerber, drill files, pick-and-place data, and bill of materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors by reviewing quotations and addressing manufacturing-related inquiries.
- Assist in prototype testing and bring-up phases, integrating feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Maintain and update component libraries, footprint databases, and comprehensive design documentation.
Candidate Profile
- At least six months of direct experience in PCB design; preference given to candidates with multilayer board design exposure.
- Basic knowledge of RF or high-frequency PCB layout concepts.
- Proficiency in PCB design software tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or Eagle.
- Ability to interpret schematics and datasheets to select appropriate electronic components.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn and adapt to company-specific design methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, commensurate with skills and experience.

Working Conditions
- Onsite work at E-317, Siddhraj Z-Square, Kudasan, Gandhinagar office.
- Full-time role with a six-day workweek: Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
