Role Overview

The Global Manager, ERP position is crucial for supporting Aristocrat's global operations and transformative enterprise initiatives. This role serves as a nexus point between technology leadership and business evolution, influencing the future of a worldwide technology company that entertains millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date IT application standards, including management of relevant licenses and certifications.
• Oversee the current ERP system operations, ensuring seamless excellence across both corporate and legacy platforms.
• Develop career progression frameworks within the ERP team.
• Support organizational and operational aspects of strategic enterprise applications.
• Build a highly skilled and engaged engineering team aligned with business objectives.
• Manage engineering teams and processes with a focus on maximizing efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Lead team activities towards meeting department objectives, including planning and professional development.
• Guide projects and programs using standardized methodologies to meet planned outcomes.
• Collaborate extensively with IT business partners to understand and communicate project requirements effectively.
• Lead the construction, deployment, and governance of processes and procedures implementations.
• Drive operational improvements aimed at enhancing performance, reducing waste and costs, and improving key performance indicators.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, computer science, project management, engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years managing engineering or applications teams at senior levels.
• At least eight years' experience leading engineering SAAS delivery projects.
• Over ten years of working experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven expertise configuring, developing, and supporting Finance, GSC, and Warehousing modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience managing teams of 10–20 engineering professionals, including business analysts, system administrators, and data analysts.
• Track record of fostering innovation and implementing new technologies successfully.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Collaborative leadership approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• High adaptability and rapid learning ability within technical domains.
• Elevated emotional intelligence.
