Role Overview

As a GIS Program Manager 4, you will be instrumental in facilitating the engineering, automation, and operational deployment of client service solutions, focusing heavily on endpoint security, vulnerability management, and platform dependability. Your role bridges architectural plans with engineering execution to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable. A key area of focus is enhancing endpoint vulnerability posture through automation, seamless integration, and consistent engineering methods, thereby improving the organization's proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of engineering tasks across endpoint and client service platforms ensuring alignment with architectural standards and operational needs.
• Play a pivotal role in automation and integration efforts, driving scalable solutions that minimize manual work and boost endpoint management and vulnerability remediation consistency.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and engineering teams to oversee and enhance endpoint vulnerability status, including all phases of identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
• Support rollout of endpoint security controls, compliance baselines, and patch management protocols globally.
• Ensure smooth integration among endpoint platforms, vulnerability management tools, ITSM frameworks, and reporting systems to enable comprehensive oversight and control.
• Engage in solution design dialogues providing pragmatic input on engineering feasibility, and help mold scalable, supportable designs.
• Assist with service transition processes by ensuring engineering outputs, automation workflows, and operational readiness are finalized before handing over to business-as-usual operations.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, frameworks, and orchestration to accelerate endpoint lifecycle and vulnerability response.
• Track operational metrics and vulnerability patterns to identify improvements in automation, standardization, and remediation efficiency.
• Work closely with global operations teams to ensure uniform application of engineering standards, tooling, and processes across regions.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement programs for endpoint engineering, vulnerability management, and operational service practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum six years of relevant experience in endpoint or infrastructure engineering, client services, or related technical areas, including practical experience with automation and security/vulnerability management.
• Expertise in endpoint engineering and management platforms such as Intune, MECM, AVD, or equivalents.
• Strong background in vulnerability management, patching strategies, and endpoint security control implementation.
• Proficient in scripting and automation languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with systems integration, API automation, and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes, especially incident, change, and problem management in the context of endpoint services.
• Experience supporting or driving service transition and operational readiness processes.
• Analytical skills to review operational data, recognize trends, and initiate service and engineering efficiency improvements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across engineering, security, and operations teams.

Preferred Certifications

• Endpoint / EUC Platforms certifications (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Administrator – Intune, Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent)
• Security & Vulnerability Management certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP (Associate level acceptable)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or similar (considered a plus)
• Automation, Cloud, or Integration certifications like Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer
• IT Service Management certification like ITIL Foundation
• Program and Delivery certifications such as Agile or Scrum (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred
