General Utility Worker

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain guest satisfaction by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
• Keep the dishwashing station, three compartment sink, and surrounding areas clean.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly; report any malfunctions to management promptly.
• Conduct light maintenance and custodial duties as needed to support daily operations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, clients, and coworkers.
• Follow all company safety procedures, emphasizing food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Safeguard company assets through responsible and secure practices.

Additional Information

Job duties may evolve according to client needs and business requirements without prior notice. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged walking and standing. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms might be required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sanitation methods and procedures.
• Capability to follow safety guidelines, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
