Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of dishes, cookware, silverware, glasses, kitchen tools, and equipment to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including the three-compartment sink and adjacent areas.
- Regularly inspect equipment to confirm cleanliness and proper working condition, promptly reporting any malfunctions to management.
- Carry out light maintenance and custodial responsibilities as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, fostering a positive and respectful interaction with guests, customers, clients, and team members.
- Observe all safety protocols set by Aramark, especially those relating to food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Secure company property by adhering to all relevant security measures.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures.
- Ability to follow safety measures carefully due to handling of hazardous cleaning chemicals.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged periods of walking or standing.
- Willingness to wear uniforms and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as prescribed.
