General Support Specialist

About the Role

As a General Support Specialist at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include coordinating with various departments such as housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and reception to ensure timely support and delivery of items to guests and staff throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver items directly to guest rooms or provide support services to different hotel departments.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects up to 25 kg (55 lbs), as well as maneuvering in confined or elevated spaces.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is necessary.
• No licenses or certifications required.
• Ability to read and verify information in varied formats and perform visual inspections of tools and equipment.
