Overview

The General Services Representative position supports various operational tasks within the bank by assisting in securing government approvals for general services, managing outsourced messenger services, and overseeing procurement activities related to kitchen supplies. The role aims to ensure smooth functioning of banking operations through effective coordination and administration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with governmental approval processes by handling application forms and preparing necessary documents to comply with government regulations.
• Coordinate outsourced messenger services, ensuring their work adheres to the bank's policies and guidelines.
• Manage kitchen supplies, general stationery, and bank vehicle fleet by liaising with external vendors to avoid operational interruptions.
• Prepare documentation required for financial transactions and obtain corresponding approvals.
• Oversee inventory of stationery and support delivery to branches and offices, meeting administrative needs.
• Support daily administrative, facility, and general service tasks to facilitate organizational operations.
