Job Summary

At Walmart Supercenter #4395 located at 6405 W Pointe Parkway, Post Falls, ID 83854, the General Merchandise Team Associate is responsible for welcoming customers on the sales floor, assisting them effectively, and suggesting merchandise tailored to their interests and needs. This role also involves maintaining the Hobbies & Home Improvement sections, ensuring displays remain attractive and orderly throughout the day. Compensation and Work Details

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $29, with the exact rate meeting or exceeding the location's minimum wage. Additional earnings can come from annual or quarterly performance incentives. In certain situations, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be offered based on shift schedules, facility, seasonality, or the type of work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Shifts available include opening and morning.
